Shipping information at 33 Ranch & Saddlery
- At this time we only ship by USPS Priority Mail through the online checkout system. We can arrange delivery by Fedex if you need, but please be aware that rates are higher. Contact us for more details.
- If you need a package shipped express mail, please be aware that we do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
- When your package is shipped you will get updates by email with tracking information. Priority mail generally delivers in two to four business days.
- Saddles are shipped by Fedex. Please provide us with a physical address.
- If you recieve a damaged package please let us know as soon as possible. You will have to keep all packaging materials and the product to provide proof of damage in the case of USPS asking for more details. Also please provide us with two pictures of the damaged product and we will handle the claim process.
- At this time we do not ship any packages by UPS. Sorry for any inconvenience.
